Hey there! I don´t know enough about your disease, but i hope these two aspects help you build up some hope...

a) You are quite young, meaning that your chances to get a kidney transplant are higher than normal.
b) Even in the worst case, using dialysis will keep you alive for two or three decades.

I know, it may not sound that great, but there is always hope.
Never give up dude, fight for your life!
